
THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEMBERS of the Reformed Forum of Pharmacy Technicians in Nigeria (RFPTN) paid a courtesy call to office of the Registrar, Pharmacy Council of Nigeria, Pharm. Ibrahim Ahmed Babashehu, few months after his assumption of duty.
The courtesy call which was led by Comrade Shagba Humphrey T. was for the purpose of familiarization, to further strengthen the working relationship of the Registrar and members of the association and to thank him over the efforts utilized for the long awaited Pharmacy Council of Nigeria bill to be assented by President Mohamadu Buhari.
The visit was resourceful as the registrar assured the RFPTN LEADERS of using his best capabilities to harness the welfare of Pharmacy Technicians in Nigeria, going forward from the legacies of the immediate past Registrar, Pharm. N. E. A. Mohammed.
He further appreciated the members of RFPTN Leadership for being resourceful towards harnessing a lasting professional relationship.
At this beautiful occasion, the registrar further assured the RFPTN President and his team that the next employment exercise will accommodate about six (6) to ten (10) more members of RFPTN who will be brought on board as staff of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria in addition to the two already working with the PCN.
In a closing remark(s), he encouraged the RFPTN Leaders to keep up with the good works and encourage Pharmacy Technicians to align with the system as we work together to drive pharmacy profession to greater heights.
